but like the amount of time depends on if your mod or an owner

and ppl may think "but what if someone is forced to be inactive or cant be online at a period of time (ex. being grounded, or going on vacation)" then other mods and owners should be notified about it if possible.

for mods it would be 2 weeks and for owners it would be 1 month (not counting things out of their control)

Yes, yes, its annoying having to wait, but its MUCH better that he may actually listen and do something, eventually. Gaster, for example, was a ton less active than Flare and had barely listened to any of us when we tried to change stuff
