To the contrary when Biden's handlers set up a federal level George Orwell '1984' style Ministry of Truth to censor and dox conservatives it was thanks to the Constitution that it was immediately deep-sixed by actual patriots. Ditto with all the leftist activist judges trying to run government from the bench, the Constitution guaranteed authority of the Supreme Court keeps over-ruling them.
The same supreme court that says a president can't be prosecuted for anything they do which is considered part of their official job duties. So you want that to apply to Democrat presidents, right?
