Curse words are just words given a negative connotation by society. Nothing more, nothing less.

But so unbecoming for a head of state. Imagine JFK, MLK, or Ronald Reagan using such words!

And society placed a different connotation on those words back in those days.

That is true, but would you be comfortable saying that in front of your mom, or hear your child comfortable with the word because their president uses it.
