It’s poking fun at people who try to dress their cats up in clothes or costumes. Most of the cats usually try to get out of the outfits however they can. The owners of these particular cats dressed them up in Halloween costumes to go out trick or treating and they decided to take them off after they left home. At least that’s what I got out of it.
