It took me a good 5 seconds to spot the swastika after being informed of it's existence in the photo. I imagine someone sitting with their back to it would be even more hard pressed to see it.

Points for using the right alter. Your scenario is certainly possible . . . but not proven, and still pretty supportive of the contention that the Right just doesn't acknowledge the hate that they're fomenting. If a 7th grader put that up in my classroom, I'd see it PDQ.
