That's like if a murdered shot someone 34 times, he gets charged with 1 count of murder, not 34 counts. Besides that, it was a misdemeanor in the first place. Technically, any misdemeanor can be changed to a 3rd class felony. The Left should be more outraged that Trump's sentence was an immutable non-penalized sentence, meaning he could not be jailed, not be order to pay any fine nor any punishment at all.
