i just post trend posts, announcements and rarely memes. I say this: post whatever you want, but if its a meme, make sure its related to lgbtq. other than that, try to talk to people. create long comment threads and get to know people. it sounds like a lot, but it really isnt. but (in my experience) thats how you become a regular.

This template was originally by Bethany, who although hasn't been on the stream in a long time was one of the longest standing, most knowledgeable members of all of us. Don't be ashamed if you don't recognize some of the terms: I had to ask her myself.

To tell you the difference between the labels:
-Sensual orientation plays into the feelings you like. For example Bethany was audiosensual, or incredibly attracted to sound. I have no idea what I am in this category either.
-Platonic orientation is a way to categorize who you generally like your friends to be. I still do not know what this is called.
-Romantic orientation and sexual orientation are two sides of the same coin. I'm romantically attracted to anyone but only sexually to feminine people.
-To put it bluntly, therians, alterhumans and otherkin are related to furry culture (but that's a huge oversimplification- I never got into the culture and never cared to dive into it).
-Being *x*amorous just means how many people you can love at one time. I'm monoamorous meaning I'd rather only date one person; most people are. If you're biamorous, you like two people, polyamorous, more than two people, and so on and so forth. I'm not familiar with the other terms but I could help you learn if you'd like.
