Kakarot's base form (beginning of GT) = SSJ3 (Majin Buu arc)
So, Kakarot's SSJ4 is hundreds, if not thousands of times stronger than your SSJ4.
Even if it's Goku from Dragon Ball Super with Ultra Instinct- UI is supposedly as strong as SSJ4.
