I got sick after nearly dying a couple weeks ago and I miss seeing ppl

I went all the way out to the beach with some friends and got stuck in a rip current and couldn't get back to shore
and there were 12 foot waves constantly crashing on me for almost 30 minutes and eventually I started to get tired and called for help, I kept getting somersaulted in the water and slammed into the ground
one of my friends came to help (and I certainly would've died if she hadn't gotten there when she did) and then she called some life guards that were legit just about to leave for the day and they got a super surf board and got me to shore (a wave almost knocked me off but I held on the handle with one arm barely)
when I got to the shore I passed out and had no ability to move anything so I got rushed to the ER and was on a breather for a few days
