The one above all has A lot of abilities and transformations He just never uses them all because he never seems to find any opponent necessary beyond super Saiyan Justice 2 because most enemies just die around those levels of power or abilities also for that angel transformation with the billions of souls it's just 99999999 atk defense and HP and I have it in my disposal but that's just the last ditch option and for the transformation I did in the end of the clobeebwars... Where I look like an angel ...
