This is Rhoda Penmark (Patty McCormack) from the 1956 film "The Bad Seed", who murders one of her classmates, Claude Diagle, just to get his penmanship medal. The black humor here is that Rhoda's teacher and Rhoda's school would have one less student to deal with, and thus a smaller workload.
