The medicate part just refers to putting children on stuff like Ritalin to calm them even when they don't have adhd and well vaccines in the past before Covid were just vaccines but afterwards I don't recommend it anymore. I'd be careful with any but NEVER Covid. Bill Gates wants us to get that too much. I know people who have had horrible effects and get sick consistently now. Depends on age range how it affects people.
