No, there are swathes of communities, states, peoples waking up to the fact that otters are phantom menaces that will attack given no provocation except homicidal intent. Unlike the cheeky squirrel that oh woe betide nibbled on an ear one time. Which is really more of an affectionate thing, but hey.. 😤
