The princess isn’t locked away waiting for true love’s kiss. She doesn’t travel back with them. The evil lord doesn’t plan to marry her to become king. The princess doesn’t fall in love with the ogre who doesn’t exist. She doesn’t turn into a green ogre when the sun sets. There isn’t a big wedding where true love’s kiss doesn’t break the curse. And they don’t live happily ever after.
