The number of people killed on a n exploding drug cartel boat is minimal compared to the number of people who could be killed by the fentanyl stored on those drug cartel boats.
Many people have imagined saving millions of lives by going back in time to assassinate Adolf Hitler. Time travel is impossible, but blowing up drug cartel boats is the next best thing.
