I actually almost died yesterday
Not by trying suicide
I got stuck out in water and nearly drowned

oh god that must've been horrible

it really was
I was stuck for what might have been longer than a half hour
I did not think I was going to live
And stuff got worse when I no longer had any energy to fight

when I was somewhere about 5 I jumped into a pool. I didn't have a floaty and I didn't know how to swim. I was wandering underwater holding my breath the entire time. I didn't think i'd make it out. I originally tried to grab the ledge I jumped off of bu ti was too short. I just wandered for what felt like 10 minutes until I felt stairs, I climbed out of the water and my family was relieved to see me alive. they were scared half to death but I just walked underwater and thought nothing of it. I now see how badass that actually was but If I didn't do this I could've died.

Damn that sounds scary

Unfortunately there are no ladders in the ocean where I was, and the rip current was insane and was pulling me away from shore so I could never get closer no matter how hard i tried
It might be a miracle I survived long enough to get help bc the waves could've easily caused me to break a bone
They were like 12 feet tall and made me flip multiple times underwater with force
If I fell on the ground it could have been really bad

I've actually gone into pools while playing pool hide and seek (it's called Marco polo) and I used the ladders to go down to the very bottom whenever the person who was "it" came by, and then climbed back up when they passed lol
