Dark Humour is poking fun at touchy subjects like racism, death, dangerous accidents/situations, sex, gore, discrimination, or groups like the Nazi's or KKK. There should be a humourus touch to these, and not just blatant.
What ISN'T dark humour would be potty jokes, political memes, simple misfortune such as punching someone in the face or tripping over your feet. Rare insults or normal insults are not dark humour unless they have dark elements to them. For example, calling a woman a pig is not dark humour. But if you said her outfit made her look like a Shining Path Terrorist then that would qualify it as dark humour.
