I made Outer use Ultra Instinct as a joke once, but it became canon, so yea, Outer can use UI (Not very well).
Outer also has a golden hair transformation; it's Super Saiyan Bruh. Epic!Snas is the original ⠀ ⠀ ⠀bruh, he's the one that always says Bruh. Epic!Snas is also depicted as crazy powerful, but his power generally comes from meme energy. Meme energy is super strong, just look at Bully Maguire being able to take on every universe at once. The power of Bruh is pure meme energy, and Outer is the 1st Bruh Guy. So, by harnessing the meme energy, he can unlock a Super Saiyan state. It can probably win against SS Blue Evolved/Kaioken x20 and be able to hold out for a bit against Beast Gohan/UI Goku/UE Vegeta/LSS Broly.
Eliora has nanobot battle armour, and I'll give her a special transformation in the future.
Adira's personality is based primarily off of Goku, and she is an actual Saiyan, just from a different universe. She will unlock SSJ 1, 2, and 3. Because she still has a tail, I was also planning on going towards SSJ4, and maybe something even further beyond, who knows?
