Reject Modernity embrace tradition

I would like to not embrace the tradition of mental hospitals, they kinda-sorta are abusive

Most closed when Jimmy Carter cut their funding. That's why we have a homeless problem. It's also why we have spree shooters shooting up gun free zones. They used to be locked up in them for being criminally insane before they shot anyone.
