You know why Disney cancelled his show? Or at least, suspended his show? Because his show was pulled by ABC's local affiliates in dozens of areas. And a show that was already bleeding money that gets pulled from local affiliates will bleed even more money. And Disney isn't trying to lose more money on show that loses them money already.
Try doing a little research on what really happened. The FCC had nothing to do with it.
