Maybe SCOTUS was wrong. If they were wrong the first time around with the revision of the second time what makes it so federal law is placed above all 50 states? Are we going to allow states the ability to make medical decisions or are we going to allow doctors to make medical decisions.... This is regardless of gender rolls. Because we have states that can force vaccines on school children, but not New incoming residents. They could even go as far as making laws for newborn to receive specific immunizations... If they wanted to.

I don't think so. The whole Roe VS Wade case was legally flawed. Even Ginsberg said so. The plaintiff, who carried her daughter full term, even said she was duped into bringing the case.

I guess the court just needs a case that can give women the rights to autonomy regarding their body. And a case where medical personnel don't have to fear their practice against state law when it comes to keeping a pregnant woman on life support in order to save a baby.... Because letting a baby die inside a woman, or letting a woman and baby die, when one can live is a super gray area for pro life states.
