How so?

since that we are forced to post ut/dr memes, announcements, or ocs, it makes it flawed because what is someone wanted to show the community something whilst keeping it on topic? what if a family tragedy or your own cat passing happened? you can’t even post that because it violates staying “on topic”, when it was perfectly fine and normal to do so in the first place before the debuff.
