The Washington Examiner
recently ran a story titled
"Newsom compares California’s
homicide rate to red states.
Does he have a point?"; Now, I know, Trump-cult kids --you guys knee-jerk
categorize anyone who questions Dear Leader
-even if obliquely- as suffering from TDS, Trump
haters, Kool-Aid drinkers, whatever you have to tell
yourselves to avoid reality, keep the Orange Dipsh-t
on his pedestal... Just a li'l background on The Washington Examiner
though: it's a right-leaning publication that gets a
MOSTLY FACTUAL rating and would likely rate
higher sans dings for loaded phrasing, Op-Ed
pieces lacking crucial context. Sooooo... yeah, while it's up to you to make up your
minds about whether or not you're being played for
chumps, there's no making a solid judgement if all
you're basing it on is "because I said so" -especially
if it's coming from a proven liar. Oh, and while we're on the
subject, it seems relevant to
remind the last time a military
superpower's rabble decided
one person's "because I said
so" scapegoating met the good-
enough-for-me threshold, we got
jackboots demanding papers, warrant-
less arrests, a smoking plateful
of extermination camps and WWII.
