Nope, the fact that he's terribly incompetent doesn't mean that we should wish him dead, but it does mean that we should NEVER excuse the harm that he is doing, nor the Republicans' shameful abetting of it.

trump has the three branches on lock. dems don't have a lot of power left there, but they still have power in cities and blue states, which is where they should focus protecting the existing left-leaning policies and programs. challenging the right-leaning status quo in washington will inevitably fail unless republicans become even more unpopular. lgbtq+ rights crackdowns are being engrained into the constitution by the supreme court, so it becomes more difficult to protect them at the federal level than at the state or local level
