Tech companies are still trying to outsource U.S. jobs. They create H1-B listing aggregator site "jobs.now" for foreign applicants. American tech workers find it and start applying en masse to the job listings. Every applicant who appears to meet the minimum requirements must be contacted and all communication documented. Companies have to admit there is no shortage of skilled U.S. tech workers.
