All that needs done is a bounty on flag burners, and protection from lawsuits. The flag burners wearing flaming flags would be a fair punishment. Paying people to light them up would provide jobs, entertainment and with pay for view, the system would make a profit.

That works. What's going to happen is that a leftist activist judge will issue a stay on this executive order, thus forcing a now conservative dominated Supreme Court to review the earlier ruling.
