What really horrified me, was pondering how many Texas Republican men probably have fantasies about having complete control over a woman. Or a person of color. You just know they exist. She was the perfect target.
Texas Republicans are so desperate to get their
gerrymandering project done that they want every
Democratic lawmaker to be babysat by a police
officer to make sure that they show up for the vote. Representative Nicole Collier refused to go
along with this plan, so now she's literally
being held prisoner in the Capitol building.
