I have an app you can get from the microsoft store called "lively wallpaper".

Then you of course need a video file, such as a .mp4. .gif also works.

Or you can put in the link of a youtube video. Just make sure that the video is a perfect loop, or it will be weird.

I recommend Metropolis, and A silent voice. Even people who don't like anime will enjoy both, especially Metropolis.

how do you get a moving wallpaper

First of course get a video, I think .gif works as well. Then go to the microsoft store, and search "lively wallpaper". And then download the app that has the icon that's in the photo.

Then of course open the app, then click the + looking button to add your own wallpaper.

I played Genshin up until i found out that the company had done some shady shit (and it's Chinese), then after i deleted it on my ps4, it would literally pop back up and want me to reinstall it. No other game has ever done that for me.

what did hoyoverse do?

The game's anti-cheat software would continue to run, even after closing the game, and even if you uninstall the game, it would still run, which is highly suspicious, especially because it's a Chinese company.

After getting feedback on it, they "Resolved" the issue, but it's still pretty creepy that it would do that in the first place, and i still don't trust it.

And the game is free. So more than likely, the consumers are the real product.
