I'm glad people respect the firefighters there. A lot of firefighters get very little pay and have to take second jobs. Even with those second jobs, they still make less than professional female athletes. But you don't see firefighters wearing "Pay us what you owe us" shirts, primarily because they know how to live within their means and also because they know the city they work for probably can't afford to give them a raise.
