It was him defending that new cat guy user and telling me that the cat guy can do anything he wants even though he was breaking a f**king rule by spamming useless posts. It was a bit absurd of me to permaban Spinel over one comment, but that comment made me snap considering that I ignored tons of comments and stuff Spinel said that I didn't like one bit. Of course, none of you including Spinel see how many indirect chances I was giving Spinel. That comment made it completely clear that Spinel never changed his stubborn hothead behavior and never learned his lesson. I never hated anyone more than Homeowner from MSMG, but it looks like sharing a former friendship and former trust with someone then getting betrayed and insulted by them is a lot worse than a dumb ragebaiter. This caused me trust issues and the costant fear that many of my friends might betray me any time for power or whatever.

In all fairness, Spinel WAS still on thin ice at the time of the ban. When he got unbanned, it had been agreed that if he slipped up, he'd be permabanned. Say people overreacted all you want, but these are the facts. He had just been given so many extra chances that it seems like people forgot just how thin the ice really was.
