The Constitution does not Apply to Illegal Aliens

American rights aren’t protected because they’re a club membership perk, they’re protected because they’re human rights, because they’re what every country should acknowledge as rights of their citizens. If we deny them to foreigners then we’re effectively saying they aren’t self-evident, justified rights, they’re just privileges, that can granted and taken away.

Then the same goes with the administration.
