Grand juries are conducted under different rules than criminal trials. There is no cross examination of witnesses for one thing. Prosecutors are allowed to ask leading questions. There may even be hearsay presented to a grand jury. Grand jury proceedings are routinely permanently sealed

Maxwell has every right to object to the grand jury documents being released to the public because she still has court proceedings occurring. She has every right to review and contest anything presented to the grand jury being considered for release. She was not the accused in the Epstein grand jury. Keep that in mind.

If only people had a better understanding of the rules of criminal proceedings.
I am not defending/protecting anybody, but only trying to shed light on the situation.
