I get like that from day light! Or having too many people in my space. The list goes on. Closing my eyes and plugging my ears help. That's why I can't handle high octane games.

I understand πŸ˜ƒ For me it's the flashing lights and loud sounds of the games.

Yep. Partial seizures sometimes. But it's an over stimulation of hearing and sight. just like high noon sunshine seems "loud" to me and over stimulating. Loud noises seem like too many people talking or like a monster trying to be seen. It all gets mixed up.

This honestly happens when I’m very stressed. Or if it’s very loud (which every morning it is loud at my school and math is a common trigger 😞) however my yearbook teacher does have adhd (she gets overstimulated as well and yearbook is a LOUD class)

Me, too, sometimes. So I close my eyes and just listen. Or put some Kleenex in my ears to partially block the sound.
