Back in the old Understream, I didn't have to take permission from the former owners to make the voting game. Now, there were some incidents that happened because of hosting unauthorized votes like unbanning someone. I don't think mods neither seniors have permission to do that type of hosting, only owners do. BUT, as long as it's just something for fun and won't affect anything in the Understream, I think it's alright to do it without having to take permission.
