I know nothing about fixing laptops. Just install a virus scanner and pray that it will do the job if it is a virus. And if it's not a virus, then you're screwed i guess.

i downloaded 7 viruses accidentally but i have nothing important so i just get like pop ups every minute and it’s annoying

Dude, that is not fine. It could be more than just adware, because i once got a virus that disguised itself as adware but it was actually spyware. Even my virus scanner thought it was adware.

Viruses are no joke.
