Yes.
Every mod has a mod note in the rules, but only the owners have notes in the stream desc.
But because senior mods are mods with owners' rights, they should be able to have notes in the stream desc.

The stream description doesn't even fit the owners' notes. How can we add more notes? There are like 9 senior mods-
