I have some really good advice for you:

First learn how to draw the simplifed basic body of whatever you want to draw (dozens of good videos on yt for this).

Once you have a good foundation, then you can build your house and add whatever ele onto your drawing. When you get to this you should focus all your attention on just one 'add on' lthat you want, like wings. This could keep you from getting overwhelmed.

One by one start learning a lot about different art things. Currently I'm working on foreshortening
