It's a thing that Shayy said on one of his streams, and it became a meme. He said it because he didn't read the instructions to a puzzle correctly, I think. I think it's because some people say something they think is right even though they're completely wrong because they don't read lore. We're Undertale fans, so we can't read. The same applies to Dragon Ball fans.
