is there anything that says kris is canonically 13 because the only thing implying their age is the fact that they go to highschool but outside of that there's nothing and that leaves a possiblity of 9th grade, 10th grade, 11th grade, 12th grade, and super senior

Apparently c0p doesn’t know either (this would have been good to know an hour ago). The only other info I have was he asked Denji what he should do, and Denji said the character is a minor.

Nvm it's Monoe from Yume Nikki and they're definitely not 13 and they have no canon age whatsoever (therefore leaving it up to interpretation) but the general consensus is that theyre the oldest of all the characters

This is the extent of what I was told other than the character was 13 years old, which doesn’t excuse this behavior or him asking. If this character is in fact older, (lets say 16-17) I’ll just chalk this up as a misunderstanding due to lack of information.
