The driving is really good and the open world is filled with challenges all the time. It reminds me a lot of NFS Payback in how much it prioritizes its open world’s traversal. It also has awesome crash animations and takedowns.
The issue is that once you beat an event, you can’t immediately go to the next one. You’re FORCED to drive to another one. And if you’re on the west side of the map in the mountains, have fun driving for 5 minutes to get to the closest challenge. I always dread when a race finishes on the west side.
Also a lot of the achievements are so outlandish, I’d be lucky to have 300 gamerscore by the time I’m done with it.
