Those should have rebounded by now. They would have happened under Biden and thus another confounding factor.

this graph is very misleading, only shows a small part of the graph and uses two entirely different number ranges for foreign and native workers, native having an upper-end of around 140,000 while migrants have an upper-end of 31,000

No, it shows a statistic you've overlooking. Foreign labor is down while jobs for Americans are up. This will drag the raw numbers down in a way that's misleading.

As the saying goes, there're lies, damn lies, and statistics. You fell for the latter band falsely cried misleading when the misleading stats where pointed out.
