They have the right to deny service but only if it’s not discriminatory. Typically this is only used for unruly or rude customers. If you do it just because someone is black, hispanic, Jewish, Muslim, gay, straight, then that is punishable in a court of law.

the reason to refuse service was the fact of religious beliefs. also in america we can deny based on race as long as we don't injure or commit any crimes
