The Blood Man consists of entirely of blood and a cardiovascular system of a adult male. This Entitys behavior is that it would stay in a motionless state for the majority of its time until its in its "feeding" phase. In this feeding phase, it would seek out humans and drain them of all their blood by touch until its thirst is quenched and it would revert back to its docile state. The danger class for this entity is a Level 2 due to the fact it may easily be contained.
