I never touched kubuntu before. But i did try using ubuntu but it froze mid-install.
I have to use lxqt because my laptop will freeze if i use kde plasma, but i do really like how it looks and works.
I need to get my brother into linux after the end of october, because that's when windows 10 will be abandoned, and i don't want him spending trump's arm and leg for a shitty OS that will just spy on you.
