I mean, from what I can tell, the artist probably does that, but no. They’re the Warhammer Fantasy lizardmen faction (Seraphon in tabletop). Tbh they’re pretty dope, and somehow good guys (they beat the shit out of chaos demons to further the Old Ones Great Plan).
