You think there is over 10 million people abusing medicaid? you cannot cut medicaid for this many people without taking away from those who need it. I would rather have people abuse it then let people who don‘t die.

Yes and they can get it in their own country or pay for it themselves. Also its illegal to refuse emergency care to anyone, and there are free clinics everywhere.

Health care requires other people to sacrifice time and money. It isn't an intrinsic right, but I would be ok with it being a loan that can't be denied, that must be paid back before getting a loan for anything not necessary. I would also be for more competition in the medical industry to lower costs, and less government interference.
