It seems the only way I can change its transparency color is by switching to another transparent template, changing its color, then switching back to the original template, and its trancparency color will be updated.
Thank you for this. What was the file format of the template upload? Looks like the system isn't correctly detecting the transparency so not adding the background change option.
Hmm, I was able to get the intended behavior using a different .png file. Have you had this problem with other templates or just this one? Could be something specific to the way this file was saved.
It could be something weird about how OneDrive or your mobile device handles .png files, or perhaps even the way the file was saved. .pngs are touchy sometimes
Honestly my best guess is that it has to do with the specific file. If you were the one who created the image and exported it, you could try re-exporting or seeing if there are other transparency-supported options.
Is it just me or whenever I upload a template with transparency, the transparency color changer just doesn't show up? I tried this recently, and both times, I have seen the color changer fail to appear on both templates.
