Copper tools should be better (more damage or efficiency) as they oxidize but lose durability

I came up that oxidasion would make them do less damage or efficiency but having good effect like inflicting poison or having better fortune. (Something like that)

Exacly. And also as a builder, I find using copper for tools and armor wasteful! I really wish if they made them stand out from other. They have the opportunity to create a new variety of weapons that could have new mechanics. You know what I am talking about?
