Remembering that time I found a camel spider in my bathroom

Camel spiders are not actually spiders. They’re their own family of arachnids. In the same way scorpions are also their own family.

And yes, we do get them in North America. They’re not as big as the ones in the Middle East (which also aren’t as big as people would have you believe btw). This one was about the size of a quarter.
