Well, the game and Steam don't sync well, if we're regarding achievements.

I downloaded an app called Steam Achievement Manager, and I enabled 3 achievements (Respects, Cleared 'em Out, Rise 'n Shine) Steam didn't record when I ACTUALLY got them.

And also there's a glitch in Steam's playtime record system.

If you quit Steam by pressing Quit near the top RIGHT corner, the REAL playtime will show for Henry Stickmin Collection, which is 103.3 hours for me (95 hours of that time was spent being active while my laptop was out of battery, SOMEHOW).

But if you launch the game, the normal playtime will show, which is 8.3 hours for me.
